Six things to get connected

Start by checking whether the connection suits everyday use, then consider devices, content and data usage. Each section explains what a subscription can help with.

Subscription guide

Check connection consistency at peak hours

When accessing international websites in the evening, your experience depends on local access, cross-border links and the destination service. PaoVPN offers IEPL dedicated, relay and direct routes, so you can choose based on your actual network. During work, test frequently used webpages, file transfers and meeting tools, then keep the routes that suit you. If performance dips, try another route in the same region before comparing other regions. Do not rely on a single test result. Route performance varies with your local network and time of use; a single result is not a promise of sustained speed.

IEPL Dedicated

Quantum encryption and account protection

Quantum encryption is PaoVPN's core security message, but everyday use also calls for careful account and subscription management. A subscription link gives a client access to route settings, so keep it as carefully as a password. Do not post it publicly or share it with people you do not know. After installation, grant network permissions as prompted by your system and check that the client comes from a trusted source. Network acceleration cannot replace account security on destination websites. When accessing work files or payment pages, verify the site address, use a unique password and respond promptly to unusual login alerts.

Quantum encryption

Unlimited devices, set up individually

One subscription works on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with no limit on simultaneous devices. Work on a desktop, read on a tablet and stay connected on mobile without choosing a higher tier based on device count. Get the appropriate client for each device from the panel, then import the subscription, choose a route and verify the connection separately. Device count and plan data allowance are different things, so keep an eye on your account's data usage across devices. When replacing a device, check the old device's connection status to prevent background apps from using data unnecessarily.

Unlimited devices

Check region requirements for AI tools

To access AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini, choose a route in a region supported by the service, then test the website or app. Start by comparing direct routes, or try a relay or IEPL dedicated route depending on your local network. A route type alone does not guarantee access to a third-party account. If the page opens but you cannot sign in, check your account region, subscription eligibility and service notices rather than assuming there is a connection fault. For long conversations or file uploads, keep the exit region consistent where possible to reduce session interruptions caused by frequent switching.

Direct routes

Check streaming access on each platform

Streaming platforms determine their own content libraries, playback permissions and account-region rules. Before choosing a route, confirm the region you want to access, then test search, playback and continued viewing on the platform instead of judging only by whether its homepage loads. If a region notice appears, compare other routes in the same region and check the app's network status again. PaoVPN's route coverage gives you options, but does not guarantee that a particular show or content library will always be available. Video quality, background downloads and viewing time all affect data usage, so factor them into your plan choice.

Verify on each platform

30-day refund policy

Before choosing a network subscription, test it with the devices, network and everyday apps you actually use. PaoVPN offers a 30-day refund policy; see the refund policy and terms of use for the specific application rules. For a useful trial, test in your usual work environment and at your normal hours, checking webpages, file transfers, AI tools or streaming. To make a request, submit a ticket through the user panel and link the relevant order, then explain what you need. Refund requests and route fault reports follow different processes, so you do not need to keep trying unsuitable routes before applying.

Choose cross-border routes by use case

110+ countries / 160+ routes. Start with the destination region, then compare route types. For work, check connection consistency; for content, check the platform's regional requirements.

Assess the region and route type separately

The region determines the exit location; the route type describes how the connection works. Neither replaces the other. For services with specific regional requirements, first filter by the service's rules. Otherwise, compare routes based on your current network. A nearby location can be a useful starting point, but it does not mean every app will be faster.

IEPL dedicated, relay and direct routes offer different connection options. Do not judge quality by the name alone. On your usual network, test the apps you actually use, checking page loads, file transfers and session stability. The table illustrates regions and route types; it is not a live inventory and does not promise ongoing access to any particular streaming library.

For occasional use, consider a permanent data pack

Data packs are ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB and ¥658 / 3000GB. Use the data as needed; it never expires. For travel, occasional reference or intermittent work, a data-based option may better match how you use the service. Check the difference between billing period and data allowance before choosing, rather than comparing the payment amount alone.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data packs draw down from the remaining allowance. They suit different usage patterns. Never expiring does not mean the data will not be used. Check plan details and remaining data in their respective places, and do not confuse expiry with data availability.

Clear options for payment, upgrades and refunds

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. After choosing a plan, review your order and payment details in the user panel. Once payment is complete, check your account overview and retrieve the subscription link. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Confirm the result in the panel instead of estimating from a per-unit data price.

PaoVPN offers a 30-day refund policy. For plan, order or refund questions, submit a ticket through the panel. Keep order records for payment issues; for connection issues, describe your device platform, network and error message. Do not share passwords, subscription links or payment credentials in public comments.

Plan descriptions are a guide, not a fixed data-use standard. Actual usage varies by app and habits.

Common questions before getting started

Get clear answers about accounts, devices, data usage and connections.

See all FAQs →
Do I need to provide an email address?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Use a unique password and store your account details safely. The account lets you manage plans, orders, subscriptions and support tickets; the connection switch in the client does not replace account management in the panel.

Open the panel from the homepage's “Start Free” link to find the next steps. Monthly subscription and data pack prices are listed on the plans page. The button wording does not mean every plan is free or promise an unlisted allowance or trial period.

Can I use one subscription on multiple devices at the same time?

Yes. There is no limit on simultaneous devices, and Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Get the appropriate client for each device, import the subscription and verify the connection. There is no need to copy a local configuration file from one device to another operating system.

After signing in, clients for platforms other than iOS can be obtained from the panel; check the panel for the current iOS requirements. Keep an eye on plan data usage across devices. Background sync, video playback and file downloads all contribute to usage.

What is the difference between a monthly subscription and a permanent data pack?

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. A data pack can be used until it runs out and never expires. For regular use, compare the monthly tiers; for occasional use, consider whether a data pack fits your habits. Never expiring does not mean unlimited data.

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9 / 60GB, ¥18 / 250GB and ¥28 / 500GB. Data packs: ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB and ¥658 / 3000GB. See the plans page for full pricing and details. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days.

What if it says connected but the website still will not load?

Disconnect first and make sure your local network can access commonly used websites. Reconnect and test the destination page. If only one service is affected, check its account status, region requirements and on-page notices. If several websites are affected, compare other routes in the same region and update the subscription if needed.

Avoid running multiple proxy configurations at once, as their routing may conflict. If the cause is still unclear, follow the guide to note your operating system, affected app and error message, then report it through a panel ticket. Do not include your actual subscription link in a public screenshot.

How do I request a refund, and what payment methods are available?

PaoVPN offers a 30-day refund policy and supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Submit a refund request through the user panel's ticket option. Read the refund policy and terms of use for the detailed eligibility rules.

Link the relevant order to your request and explain what you need, so it can be distinguished from a payment status query or plan change. You can submit connection problems separately; there is no need to combine these different requests in one message.

Setup, verification and everyday use

Follow the guide to connect, then look up articles by platform and issue. When comparing services, consider device permissions, data usage and maintenance as well.

From quick start to the complete guide

New users can start with the client connection guide, following the steps for creating an account, choosing a plan, retrieving a subscription, importing it into a client and verifying the connection. The subscription link provides route settings to the client; the panel manages plans and orders. Understanding the difference helps you find the right place when switching devices or updating a subscription.

If you can connect but want to improve your maintenance routine, read the complete user guide. It covers plans, importing, verification and ongoing maintenance by stage. When something goes wrong, note what happened before changing settings, adjust one thing at a time and keep a working configuration for comparison. This is often more helpful than repeatedly reinstalling the client.

Guides cover specific platforms and tasks. Rules for third-party services are set by their respective platforms.
