This policy explains how PaoVPN handles data related to users when providing network acceleration subscriptions, operating its marketing website and running the user panel. Account details, order records and site analytics each serve different purposes and are not the same as browsing content transmitted over international routes.
Account Details and How They Are Used
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. This service processes necessary account identifiers, authentication information and subscription status to verify logins, provide subscriptions, manage accounts and respond to user requests. Providing a registration email address is not a condition of using the service.
Plan selections, order status, payment results, data usage and support ticket content may be generated during checkout and support. This information is used to verify entitlements, calculate available data, process refunds and troubleshoot account issues. When submitting a ticket, include only information relevant to the issue. Do not send passwords, complete subscription links or sensitive details from payment credentials.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
PaoVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing histories, browsing content or lists of destination addresses that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Quantum encryption is a security claim used by this service; it does not mean that data needed for accounts, billing and support is not processed.
Temporary connection status needed to operate routes is used only to maintain the current session and address immediate faults. It is not retained long-term as traceable user connection logs. This temporary status is not kept after a session ends or its purpose has been fulfilled. Plan data metering retains usage information, not details of websites visited, and is not used to build browsing profiles.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Site analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, device and browser types, and feature interactions so we can improve content and identify page issues. These statistics relate to the marketing website and user panel interactions; they are not records of other websites accessed through subscription routes.
Cookies and browser local storage are used to maintain login status and save language preferences and essential interface settings. When site analytics are enabled, they may also be used to distinguish browsing sessions. You can restrict or clear this data in your browser settings; doing so may require you to log in again or select your preferences. Logging out and clearing local data do not automatically delete server-side orders.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization or transfers are handled by the relevant third-party payment provider or network, and their own rules govern how they process information. PaoVPN uses order identifiers, amounts, transaction reference information and payment status to verify orders. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Information necessary to complete a payment, provide essential infrastructure or meet applicable legal obligations may be shared with relevant processors. Sharing is limited to what is needed for that purpose. User browsing activity is not treated as data for sale. Please review the third party's privacy information before leaving this site for a third-party page.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and transaction records are retained as required for reconciliation, dispute handling and applicable laws. Support tickets are kept for as long as needed to resolve issues and conduct any necessary follow-up. Site analytics are deleted or de-identified once their analysis purpose has been fulfilled; there is no single retention period that applies to all data.
Users can request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data through the user panel support ticket area. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. Deleting an account may affect subscription use. Records that must be retained by law or are still needed to handle open orders or disputes will be restricted to those purposes and addressed when the basis for retention no longer applies. Residual data in backups is cleared as backups rotate.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the beginning will be changed. Significant changes to processing purposes, data scope or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where the law requires separate consent for processing, publishing a policy does not replace the relevant procedure.
