Services and Scope

PaoVPN provides international route connections and subscription management, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux and coverage across 110+ countries / 160+ routes. Coverage does not mean every route will be available at all times. The routes currently available are shown in the user panel and client.

A subscription provides network connection benefits for the corresponding plan. It does not include memberships to third-party websites, software, or content platforms. Third-party services remain subject to their own regional, account, and content rules. A successful connection does not guarantee access to those services.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure. The subscription link grants connection access and should not be published, forwarded to others, or included in public materials. If credentials are exposed or unusual use is detected, change your password promptly and contact support by submitting a ticket.

A single subscription has no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This applies to the account holder's own devices and does not permit reselling or renting the account, sharing the subscription with others, or providing connection services to others. Users are responsible for the use of accounts and devices under their control.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Check the billing method, traffic allowance, and price before choosing a plan; available tiers are listed on the Plans page. You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their use of the service, and must confirm that they have the qualifications and permissions required to use the subscription service. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, including online fraud, data theft, violations of others' privacy, distribution of illegal content, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Do not use the service to launch network attacks, conduct malicious scans, send spam, or harm other users or network infrastructure through automated abuse. When using third-party platforms, you must also follow their terms of service. Network connection benefits do not authorize any of these activities.

Availability and Limitation of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, device settings, destination websites, and maintenance. PaoVPN does not guarantee fixed speeds, uninterrupted connections, or continuous availability of specific third-party content. Maintenance, network faults, or events beyond reasonable control may temporarily limit the service. PaoVPN will explain the impact and address issues to the extent possible. Users should keep copies of important materials and avoid relying on this service as the sole connection for critical business operations. Responsibility is determined and allocated under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks, or risks to service operations are detected, PaoVPN may restrict relevant connections, suspend an account, or terminate the service depending on the level of risk. Any action should be proportionate to the violation. Where permitted by law and compatible with addressing the risk, PaoVPN will explain the reason for the action.

If you disagree with an action, request a review through a user panel ticket and provide the necessary order or issue details. Do not submit your password or complete subscription link. Disputes about fees after account termination are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Account restrictions do not automatically remove rights users have under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

If service changes or legal requirements make an update necessary, PaoVPN will publish the revised terms on this page and update the month shown above. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Subscription benefits already obtained will not be retroactively reduced through silent changes.

Users may review the new terms before they take effect and submit a ticket with any questions or concerns. Rules for processing personal information are set out in the Privacy Policy. If these terms conflict with mandatory legal requirements, the applicable law prevails.
